The Fat Loss Bible Review, Chapter 2

Chapter 2 in The Fat Loss Bible looks at protein and fat. A lot of different information has been floating around when it comes to protein, fat and carbs. It looks at total intake, versus high and low carb, fat or protein diets.

It looks at that “I’m always hungry!” statement so many people make, and discusses what does and doesn’t help hunger. It also looks at how your blood glucose level can make you feel certain ways when it comes to hunger. It mentions stabilizing your blood glucose levels can help greatly.

Another topic discussed is cholycystokinin. I like how he mentions an actual research situation that occurred, and explains what the outcome was and why.

More information about protein is discussed next, and again research backs up the informaton and statements.

Chapter 2 also discusses not only losing weight, but keeping it off, and the effect of boosting thermogenesis. None of this speaks over me. Even though some of those words may be new to some people, everything is carefully explained.

I’m now reading about lean mass loss and fat loss. We’re back to more information about protein, and our immune functions. This is very thorough, and I’m only on chapter 2. This is just jam packed with information. I can’t wait to keep reading…

Discusses not just how much you eat, but what you eat, and how it can affect the overall picture.

I’ll be covering chapter 3, and continuing my review of “The Fat Loss Bible” tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it; it’s interesting reading.
