Continuing “The Fat Loss Bible” review, all I can say is Wow!

Wow, the myth in chapter 3 is blowing me away. I’d read about multiple small meals, and started doing this. I have to watch my blood sugar, this made sense to me. Does this help speed up your metabolism, or is it a myth? Wow, I need to keep reading. It’s not what I thought! I want to know more…

He goes on to say it may look good on paper, but realistically, it’s not the right answer. I’m blown away, it had made sense to me, but maybe I need to rethink things! Based on studies, it didn’t make a difference between how you ate, but what you had. He backs up his information with case after case of research. Seriously, I’m blown away. I was following the myth. I’ve been following the myth getting frustrated along the way. The myth is now shattered.

The Fat Loss Bible then goes on to discuss what they recommend. It looks at calorie consumption and 3 good quality meals a day. What I like the most however is the footnotes at the bottom, which show references, and actual backup research.

Anthony Colpo has done his work writing this. I can’t wait to read chapter 4, after chapter 3 just blew me away.
