I love anatomy. I was engrossed in it years ago when I became an EMT. While in school for skin care, again I got to dabble in anatomy. And lastly, when I was in massage school, once again we tore into anatomy. My favorite anatomy book I own is Netter’s Anatomy which is an incredible book!

When I saw a book by Human Kinetics called Women’s Strength Training Anatomy, I knew I had to have it. Inside the 136 page book, it literally shows you what muscles you are working each time you do specific exercises. Only they go into fine detail with incredible illustrations.

I came across it while reading Fitness Magazine yesterday, and within moments was online ordering the book from Amazon! I love this stuff. If you love books like this, they also have similar versions for bodybuilding, stretching, yoga and another strength training one.

If you click on the picture of the book, it will take you to the Amazon page where you can read more about it, along with reviews.
